EPHRATA, Pa. — Three Ephrata teenagers were busted after a video was posted to Facebook in which two of the teens appeared to be intoxicated, police said.
Police found out about the incident on May 7 when a concerned citizen saw a video posted to Facebook and contacted investigators. The video showed two teens highly intoxicated in the parking lot behind the Whistlestop Plaza in Ephrata.
Authorities cited Miguel A. Reyes, 18, and a 17-year-old boy for public drunkenness. Roman J. Heckstall, 19, of Ephrata, was also cited for disorderly conduct.
