LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. – A deadly batch of heroin has Pennsylvania State Police investigating several drug related over dose cases in Lebanon County. Most of those cases happened within the last several weeks including one that resulted in death.
The latest case on Memorial Day, involved a 26 year old male in Swatara Township, Lebanon County.
The suspected drug used in each case was heroin packaged in dark blue-violet unmarked packets. Investigators say this particular heroin is highly toxic and potentially laced with other chemicals and/or substances.
