EVENING & TONIGHT
Overcast skies pair up with cool, damp weather to make for another dreary evening across the area. While a stray shower is possible, most stay dry with a light easterly to southeasterly wind. Temperatures slowly slide through the 60s. Overnight, it’s cloudy with lows in the middle 50s. Some drizzle and a shower are possible too.
FINISHING OUT THE WEEK
Thursday is another dreary, damp, cloudy day. Highs are stuck in the middle 60s with the stubborn easterly flow. We see a little more support for some scattered showers riding through in the afternoon and evening. A few showers may linger overnight.
Friday morning, we see a slow change through the day. We start with misty, damp, dreary weather and temps in the upper 50s. As the day progresses, the stuck flow finally breaks up and clouds will crack allowing sunshine to return. Highs hit the middle 70s! A cold front approaches which may fire some late day and overnight showers or thunderstorms.
WEEKEND
Right now, it looks like we stay mostly dry over the weekend. Saturday, it’s mostly cloudy with highs in the lower 80s. There’s a small chance for a stray shower or storm to fire. Sunday, it’s partly cloudy and mainly dry. Highs make it to the upper 70s and a cooler pocket of air slips into the region.
NEXT WEEK
Another front sets up and moves through for Monday into Tuesday. Expect showers and thunderstorms to fire late, with showers lingering into Tuesday as the front stalls a bit. Highs are near 80° on both days with mostly cloudy skies. By Wednesday we clear and drop to the upper 70s.
