Lincoln Township, PA --  A Pennsylvania man is facing a felony charge and 15 misdemeanors after allegedly setting up a fake DUI check point.

Police say 19-year-old Logan Shaulis impersonated a State Trooper using a portable scanner, flares, handcuffs, and a BB gun.

He allegedly stopped at least one car early Saturday morning.

Somerset Borough Police Chief Randy Cox says that a real DUI checkpoint will have more than just one officer manning it, "You can see as many as 18 officers being required to be involved in a checkpoint."

Police believe Shaulis was drunk at the time.
