HARRISBURG, Pa. — The Bertolino Building at North Seventh and Reily Streets was imploded around 9am Sunday morning, making room for a new parking lot. The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency bought the property back in September to build a 219 space parking lot for the agency’s employees. North Seventh Street between Clinton and Herr Streets was shut down to traffic for a half hour before and after the demolition.
