QUIETER DAY
After the bumpy afternoon and evening Monday, we’re in for a quieter day today. Expect skies to clear slowly today and any morning showers to taper. Highs make a jump to the lower to middle 80s with the humidity slow to clear as well. Expect a stray shower or thunderstorm to bubble in the late afternoon. Overnight, we clear some more with lows in the lower 60s.
HOT, SUMMERY AIR
Wednesday features the return of sunshine and hot, summery air. Highs make a jump to the middle and upper 80s while the humidity is slow to return. Storms to our north should fizzle before they reach us.
Thursday and Friday will feel like summer with heat and humidity in full force. Highs top out near 90° with the chance for afternoon pop-up thunderstorms each day. It’s partly cloudy and hazy. Stay hydrated!

Saturday features a disturbance which could bring a slightly better chance for a few showers and thunderstorms later in the day. Highs top out near 90° with partly cloudy skies. Sunday, is a near repeat performance with highs in the upper 80s and a lesser chance for storms. We keep the summery trend into next week.
