LOWER PAXTON TOWNSHIP, Pa.–Interstate 83 in Dauphin County is back open after a vehicle hit a pedestrian early Tuesday morning.
It happened shortly after 5:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes of I-83 between Exit 48 (Union Deposit Road) and Exit 50A (Route 22 East-Colonial Park) in Lower Paxton Township.
All lanes are back open.
