LEBANON, Pa. — The previously unclassified death of a Lebanon man who was found in the snow in March has been ruled a homicide by the Dauphin County Coroner’s office, police said.

Michael Reedy, 48, of Lebanon, died at a local hospital on April 8 as a result of an injury to his head, authorities said. Lebanon City police initially categorized Reedy’s death as unclassified pending the coroner’s examination.

Reedy was found laying in a snow pile along the 300 block of East Weidman Street in Lebanon by a passerby on March 4. Reedy appeared disoriented and had a serious injury to his head, police said.  Investigators believe Reedy was the victim of an assault near 5th and Willow Streets on March 4.

Police have identified the suspects involved–but are still seeking witnesses who may be able to provide more information about the assault.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Lebanon City Police at 717-272-6611 or Crime Stoppers at 717-270-9800.
