Police capture escaped inmate in Lancaster

Police have captured an inmate who escaped from work release in Lebanon County.
Christopher Benjamin, Jr. of Lancaster is an inmate at the Lebanon County Correctional Facility.
He was assigned to work release at Terre Hill concrete products in West Cornwall Township.
He left the area on Monday.
Lancaster city police arrested him early Wednesday morning.
