SWATARA TOWNSHIP, Pa.–Police are looking for a man who allegedly broke into a car in Swatara Township and confronted the owner with a gun.
Officers responded to call at the Paxton Street Home parking lot at 2001 Paxton Street for a reported armed robbery around 12:04 a.m.
The victim told police he was in the parking lot when he spotted a man inside his car. When the victim walked up to his vehicle–the suspect got out and pulled out a gun, investigators said. The robber told the victim, “I just wanna get what I got and go” before running off towards South 19th Street.
The suspect is described as a black male, in his 20s, approximately 6-feet-tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a white or gray t-shirt, black pants and white sneakers.
