LANCASTER, Pa. –A Lancaster man was shot and killed last night. Police were called to the 1st block of New Dorwart Street just before 11pm Saturday night. They found the victim, described as a 28 year-old Lancaster man, laying in the street with gunshot wounds to the head and torso.
Police say the victim was unresponsive and declared dead at the scene.
The identity of the victim is not being released at this point, pending notification of next of kin.
