Body found in Susquehanna River is Lancaster man

LANCASTER, Pa. – A body recovered from the Susquehanna River on Thursday has been identified as Philippe DeRosier, 51, of Lancaster.  A wallet was found on DeRosier’s body when he was pulled from the water.  Lancaster County Coroner Dr. Stephen Diamantoni said that DeRosier’s identity had to be confirmed before his name was released.  He said that DeRosier’s body appeared to have been in the water for a couple of days.

An autopsy has been completed but Dr. Diamantoni says he waiting for the results of toxicology and other tests before releasing the exact cause of death.
