Police find 27 marijuana plants growing in East Manchester Township

EAST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa.–Police found 27 marijuana plants growing York County.  The plants were found Wednesday near the 5300 block of North George Street and the Rolling Meadows neighborhood property line in East Manchester Township.

The young plants were in Styrofoam cups in a red container.
