Runners don capes for SuperHero 5K in Lancaster County

Superheroes came out for a morning of fun in Lancaster County on Saturday.

The SuperHero 5K and Kids Run was hosted by Court Appointed Special Advocates, or CASA. The run stepped off at Landisville Middle School. Runners dressed as their favorite character and took off headed for the finish line.

Jessica Laspino, Executive Director of CASA says, "All of the kids, instead of race t-shirts, get superhero capes, so it's great to see them lined up with their capes flying behind them as the take off."
