The Lancaster bakery's Executive Chef Tammy Hurley and Social Media Coordinator, Megan Kelly, stopped by the FOX43 Kitchen with a recipe for a Key Lime Tartlet. The Baker's Table sells the sweet treat at its bakery as well as in their Cork and Cap restaurant.
Key Lime Tart Ingredients:
Baker's "1,2,3" Dough (1 part sugar, 2 parts butter, 3 parts flour)
Key Lime filling:
14oz can sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
½ Nellie & Joe's Key Lime juice
