Lebanon man charged with hit and run on pedestrian

LEBANON, Pa. –A Lebanon man is charged with a hit and run on a pedestrian and police say he tried to run from them during questioning as well. On June 19th, a pedestrian was struck aroun 3:10pm at 12th and Chestnut Streets. The next day, police were looking into the accident on the first block of Tiffany Lane. They found the driver of the vehicle from the hit and run. Police say he lied about his identity and then tried to run away from officers.  He was apprehended after a brief foot pursuit. Terrell Williams Jr., 23, from Lebanon, is charged with Accidents Involving Death or Personal Injury (Hit & Run), Reckless Driving, Escape and False ID to Law Enforcement.
