LANCASTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police say a man accidentally shot himself in the groin in Lancaster Township on Sunday afternoon.
Officers responded to the 100 block of Turnbridge Drive shortly after 2:30 p.m. for a reported shooting.
According to police reports, a 25-year-old man accidentally shot himself in the groin when he picked up a gun to put it away.
The unidentified victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, authorities said.
