RED LION, Pa. – The owner of a Red Lion, York County, business is charged with stealing nearly half a million dollars from a client.
York Area Regional Police arrested Shirley Cottrell, owner of Complete Business Accounting, 310 Grove Road, on Monday. Her business assists taxpayers and small businesses with taxes.
Cottrell is charged with allegedly stealing over $423,000 dollars over the past 12 years from a client who had hired her to handle the company’s business accounting.
Investigators say if you or your business hired Complete Business Accounting, please audit your accounts thoroughly and contact your local police department for any discrepancies.
