DILLSBURG, Pa. -- Thursday evening around 9:00 a crowd of about 50 gathered at Flapjack Restaurant and Pub on Rt. 15.

Arthur Guise, 31, from Dillsburg, York County was there. Carroll Township Police say Guise walked out onto the deck at Flapjacks and shot Sharon Williams, 33. She died and he killed himself.

"Disbelief. You just don't expect something like that to happen.  Turn around from making a drink and someone that you know and care about is just gone,"said Flapjacks employee Scott Osterhoudt.

Friday Osterhoudt came back to the restaurant saying he felt numb. He knew both people. Guise and Williams use to date.

"Arthur always had something to talk about. He was a social person. Sharon was so happy and uplifting. She put me in a good mood," he said.

"Because there was a prior relationship we think there was a target there" said Sargent David Smith from the Carroll Township Police Department.

Flapjacks reopened around 3:30 Friday. They were not serving food but expressed they wanted to be a place where people could come together and heal.

"It's nice that everybody wants to come out but it's. I'm still grieving. I'm thinking about the little girl that lost her mom, " said Osterhoudt.

Williams has a three year old daughter. A Gofundme page has been set up to assist the family with funeral costs. http://www.gofundme.com/yh3b7frh9

Williams will be laid to rest Monday. Her viewing will be from 5-7 p.m. at the

Hollinger Funeral Home in Mt. Holly Springs.  http://www.hollingerfuneralhome.com/mindex.php

A service will follow at 7:00pm.
