WEST HEMPFIELD TOWNSHIP, Pa. – Police in Lancaster County seek help from the public in identifying a pair of suspects wanted for debit card fraud. The incident happened on May 31 at the Rutter’s convenience store on Hempland Road just off the Route 30 exit.
West Hempfield Township Police released a store surveillance photo of two male suspects. They fraudulently obtained the victims account number and information and used it on a fake debit card to purchase cigarettes in excess of $140.
