UPPER ALLEN TOWNSHIP, Pa. – A Harrisburg man wanted in the theft of property from his former Cumberland County employer is arrested. Upper Allen Township made contact with Khalil Ausberry, 19, and was taken into custody. Ausberry was transported to Cumberland County Prison for arraignment.
Upper Allen Township Police also interviewed the juvenile suspect in the case. The juvenile was also taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison where he was then transferred to the custody of the Cumberland County Juvenile Probation Department.
Upper Allen Police were assisted by the Harrisburg City Police Department with the arrests.
The allegedly stolen vehicle and cell phone were also recovered as a result of the investigation.
