Man caught using heroin in bathroom of Fredericksburg Public Library, police say

BETHEL TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Authorities arrested a 21-year-old man after police said he injected himself with heroin in the bathroom of the Fredericksburg Public Library in Lebanon County last month.

Daniel I. Rodriguez II, of Bethel Township, was found unconscious on the bathroom floor by library staff on June 10, state police said.

Rordriguez fled and was later found by state troopers walking near the library on East Main Street. Police said he was in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia at the time of his arrest.
