This week, we check out hole #1 at LCC as we get ready for the US Women's Open. Alli Weaver, a former division one golfer from Lancaster County, helps us preview the hole.

"Really the best placement on this hole is just left of the bunker on the right. Everything kind of feeds to the left but other than that, its a very good hole and it is a birdie hole.

I'm at my 2nd shot on the 1st hole. I'm 117 yards out. Its a very wide open hole and it will be a very easy shot for the pros and I'm going to ht a 9 iron.

Easy hole to open with so I think I could see a few birdies here."
