EPHRATA, Pa. – An Ephrata Borough woman is arrested after she allegedly stabs her boyfriend in the arm during an early morning argument.
Police responded at about 5:34 am Wednesday to a report of a domestic incident at a home in the 100 block of North State Street. An investigation revealed that Diane Reed, 25, had stabbed her boyfriend in the arm and then fled the scene. Reed was arrested when she returned.
Her unidentified boyfriend was treated at a local hospital and released.
Reed is charged with Simple Assault. Following her arraignment she was sent to the Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.
