HARRISBURG, Pa – A federal grand jury in Harrisburg has indicted Tyler Brookin-Jones, 24, for the alleged distribution of a controlled substance and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
The charges are a result of allegations that Brookin-Jones distributed cocaine base, also known as “crack cocaine,” on two occasions in Harrisburg last April. After he was taken into custody Brookin-Jones was also found to be in possession of a stolen firearm.
If convicted Brookin-Jones faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison, a probation term upon release, and a fine.
