LANCASTER, Pa. – Lancaster City Police arrest a suspected drug dealer. Edwin Flores-Martinez, 38, was taken into custody following a raid of a home at 22 Conestoga Street. At about 9:45 am this morning, officers assigned to the Selective Enforcement Unit(SEU) with assistance from the Street Operation(SOG) and patrol officers executed a search warrant at that address. The raid was the result of a month long investigation into suspected drug activity at the home.
During the search, 1.52 grams of heroin, packaging material indicative of sale and $340.00 in cash were seized. The home was also condemned after a Lancaster City Housing Authority inspection.
Charges against Flores-Martinez include Possession With Intent to Deliver Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Following arraignment Martinez was sent to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for later this month.
