Olivia’s Authentic Mediterranean Cuisine in Gettysburg stopped by the Fox43 kitchen today to cook up some different mojito infused dishes. From steak to seafood, Harry and Adrienne Tassou showed how to put together some unique summer dishes.

Red onion, diced
Scallions, diced
Cucumber, diced
Mint, chopped
Pineapple, diced
Serve with fried plantains, sticky jasmine rice & black beans

Blue Chair Bay coconut rum
Lime juice
Jalapeños
Peppers
Garlic, chopped
Red onion

White corn tortillas stuffed with blackened tilapia, avocados, grilled corn, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, shredded red cabbage, bok Choy, pineapple, and fresh mango.
Drizzled with chipotle cremma.
Bibb lettuce may be substituted for tortillas.
Serve with back beans & sticky jasmine rice.
