UPPER ALLEN TWP., Cumberland County, Pa. — Police say the driver that caused a crash on Route 15 in May was under the influence of prescription medication. Joshua Meck, 27, is charged with DUI. The crash occurred at 1:30pm on May 8th on Northbound 15. Meck, of Mechanicsburg, ended up in the hospital following the crash.
Charges have been filed through Magisterial District Judge Mark Martin’s office and a preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
