STILL A FEW T’STORMS: An approaching cold front has bubbled up a few showers and thunderstorms across the area. The activity gradually fades through the evening and overnight. This leaves us with a warm and muggy night. Low temperatures fall into the middle 60s to near 70 degrees. The cold front weakens through the night, but a couple thunderstorms are still possible Monday. It’s still very warm and humid, with high temperatures in the lower to middle 80s.

CRANKING UP THE HEAT: Heat out west pushes farther east for the middle of the week. This boosts temperatures to 90 degrees and into the lower 90s through Wednesday. The humidity will make it feel like the middle to upper 90s at times. The heat doesn’t let up on Thursday. Readings are near 90, but a cold front brings the chance for showers and thunderstorms.

JULY ENDS WARM: Skies clear by Friday, bringing plenty of sunshine for the final day of July. It’s still very warm and humid, with temperatures in the middle to upper 80s. The hazy, hot, humid, and steamy 90s look to welcome the first couple days of August. The weekend is dry as well under partly cloudy skies.

Have a great week!
