UPDATE: Two people are dead after a murder-suicide in York County.
Springettsbury Township police responded to a home on the 900 block of South Russell Street Wednesday morning.
They found Donna Wilk and her husband Brian Wilk dead.
Officials determined Donna died from being shot in the chest and Brian died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his head.
Police are trying to figure out what caused the incident.

YORK COUNTY, Pa. – Springettsbury Township Police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide. Township police responded shortly after 11 am to a home in the 900 block of South Russell Street where they discovered the bodies of an adult man and a woman.
The York County Coroner’s Office is withholding the names of the victim’s pending notification of next of kin.
