HAMILTON TWP., Adams County, Pa. — A York County man is wanted for kidnapping and simple assault. Police say Austin Myers, 21, abandoned the victim’s car at the Cross Keys Diner after the victim managed to escape. The victim also reports that Myers has access to guns. Police say Myers’ mother lives in Dover, and he has ties to Thomasville and Hanover. He had been staying in Thomasville along Route 30 near Morningstar Market. Myers’ mother told police he has guns and will not “go easy.” Myers may be suffering from depression, according to police. Southern Regional Police hold the warrant for Myers.
