SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – Daniel Russell, 32, and wife, Christy, 29 already charged in a series of rental storage unit burglaries in Cumberland and Franklin counties face additional charges.
On July 30th, the Russell’s were arraigned on additional charges of burglary and related crimes as a result of allegedly breaking into rental storage units at Sherman and Martin Avenues, Shippensburg Borough.
Following arraignment bail for each of the Russell’s was increased by $10,000. The couple remains incarcerated on the previous charges. This morning the couple waived their right to a preliminary hearing.
On July 29 , the Pennsylvania State Police, Carlisle Station served an arrest warrant behalf of Shippensburg Polic on a Robert Haubert, 33, as a result of assisting Daniel Russell with allegedly stealing a motorcycle and an all terrain vehicle from a rental storage unit at Sherman and Martin Avenues, Shippensburg Borough.
The vehicles were later recovered from Haubert’s property.
Haubert was arraigned and released after posting $15,000 bail. He also waived his right to preliminary hearing.
