HARRISBURG, Pa.–A hearing is scheduled Tuesday for three former Penn State administrators accused of covering up complaints about Jerry Sandusky.

Pennsylvania Superior Court has scheduled oral arguments in the case of former president Graham Spanier, former vice president Gary Schultz and former athletic director Tim Curley for Aug. 11 in Harrisburg.

All three men face charges of perjury, obstruction, conspiracy, child endangerment and failure to properly report suspected abuse. Spanier, Schultz and Curley have all denied the allegations.

The trio are appealing a January order by Dauphin County Judge Todd Hoover that could clear the way for them to go to trial. Judge Hoover rejected arguments they had made about the fairness and legality of the grand jury investigation that resulted in charges.

Sandusky, 71, is a former Penn State assistant football coach who is currently serving a 30- to 60-year sentence at a state prison on child sexual abuse convictions.
