Man accused of firing shots in Lancaster McDonalds turns self into police

LANCASTER, Pa. — The man accused of firing a gun at two men he got into a fight with at a McDonalds Restaurant turned himself into police. William Flores-Sandoval, 22, is charged with Carrying a Firearm Without a License and nine counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person. Flores-Sandoval is being held for arraignment.

The shooting happened on August 7, 2015, at 10:40 PM. Surveillance video shows three men getting into a physical altercation, including the man who fired the shots. Police were able to identify Flores-Sandoval as the shooter.
