HARRISBURG, Pa. — A man was gunned down in Harrisburg last night, the 10th homicide in the city this year. Police were called to the 1300 block of Dean Street just before 10pm. They found Jorge Toro, 28, laying on the ground and noted that he had been shot several times. Medical responders arrived and Toro was declared dead.
