Ways to combat childhood obesity

Childhood obesity effects millions of kids in the United States.  Kids who suffer from it are more likely to have risk factors for cardiovascular disease, such as high cholesterol or high blood pressure.  September is childhood obesity month, so it's the perfect time to talk about developing health habits at a young age. Thomas and Jennifer Gualt from the Gualt Wellness Center in Harrisburg, joined us on the set of Fox43 Morning News to demonstrate some healthy recipes and provide tips on how to switch up a bad diet.
