LEBANON, Pa - The Make-A-Wish foundation grants a wish for someone in the country every 37-minutes. On Saturday, one of those wishes went to Adam Sauerwein of Lebanon.

The 15-year-old found out that he will be heading to Philadelphia for an upcoming Phillies game!

Family and friends gathered as his surprise wish was unveiled at his home.

Adam suffers from a life-threatening medical condition; but doesn't let that get in the way of his love for baseball.

Adam has always been a huge Phillies fan and he can't wait for the game!

He will also get a tour of Citizen's Bank Park and will possibly meet some of the players.
