NORRISTOWN, Pa.-- Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane is due in Montgomery County court tomorrow.
Kane is facing a number of charges, including perjury and criminal conspiracy, stemming from the leak of grand jury information to a Philadelphia newspaper. She is also accused of lying to the grand jury that investigated the leak back in 2009.
Attorney General Kane pleaded not guilty to the charges earlier this month when she turned herself in to detectives in Norristown. She has also refused requests for her to resign.
Monday's preliminary hearing will determine if prosecutors have enough evidence to move the case forward to trial.
