YORK, Pa. - It's move in day for freshmen students at York College, and the campus community gathered to welcome the class of 2019. With boxes, bags, and even mini-fridges in hand, over 900 students stepped into one of their newest experiences-- the college dorm life.

One students says he's excited to meet his roommate for the very first time.

"I didn't meet him in person," Brandon Angle of Douglassville said, "we emailed a couple times back and forth I just kind of did a random roommate but we did email him a couple times."

The freshmen will go through college orientation all weekend.

Class officially kick-off on Monday August 31st.
