HARRISBURG, Pa. – Ricky Francis Baumann, 61, formerly of Springfield Township, York County but now living in Franksville, Wisconsin has been arrested by members of the United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force.
On August 3, the Pennsylvania State Police – Loganville Barracks obtained an arrest warrant charging Baumann with Rape of a Mentally Disabled Person, Rape of a Child and lesser included offenses. The U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force in Harrisburg coordinated with the USMS office in Milwaukee, in locating the suspect.
Baumann was taken into custody without incident at about 7 a.m. this morning. He was committed to the Milwaukee County Jail to await further court proceedings.
