HARRISBURG, Pa.–An arrest warrant has been issued for a convicted sex offender whose last known address was in Harrisburg.
Pennsylvania State Police are looking for 36-year-old Matthew O. Lucas. Authorities confirmed Lucas walked away from the Harrisburg Community Corrections Center located along the first block of North Cameron Street on Aug. 24.
Lucas was convicted in Nov. 2000 of rape, according the state Megan’s Law website. Investigators said Lucas has ties to the Harrisburg and State College areas.
