Police seek to ID suspect in debit card fraud

Access Device Fraud (Cloned Debit Card)2LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – Police in Lancaster County seek help from the public in identifying a debit card fraud suspect.

On August 8, a male suspect,  pictured in surveillance photos, used a cloned debit card to purchase $600.00 worth of gift cards at the Giant Food store in Leola. The fraud was discovered when the victim was notified of suspicious withdraws from the victim’s checking account.

The suspect is described as a white male, between 20-30 years of age, average build, with black hair and a short beard.

Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to submit a tip or contact East Lampeter Township Police Officer Jordan Miller at (717) 291-4676.
