HARRISBURG, Pa. --  Parents are coming forward and turning their children into police after they went on a crime spree in Harrisburg Saturday night.  Surveillance video from Saturday night shows the flood of teenagers trashing the Second and Verbeke Mini Mart.  Harrisburg Chief Thomas Carter says about 100 kids left the Kipona Festival and started doing the damage.

Shoe prints and dents where kids jumped on cars parked along Second, Cumberland and Verbeke Street.  Mirrors dangling are evidence of how they made their way down the block.  Tuesday Chief Carter told Fox43 the parents of these kids want to make arrangements for the surrender of their children.
