SIZZLE AND RUMBLE
We’re coming off the hottest day of the year (we hit 95° on Tuesday!) to the final day of the summery heat and humidity.  We’re talking mostly sunny skies baking us into the lower 90s again.  As the sun sets, as a front approaches, a few showers and storms will bubble.  Overnight, we’ll drop to the muggy upper 60s with showers filling in across the region.

MUCH COOLER, WETTER
A cold front slowly slides through on Thursday and with the help of a developing low we get clouds, showers, and a few storms.  Since the front brings cooler air with it and the rain happens during our best heating hours, it will be drastically cooler on Thursday.  Highs will struggle to do lower 70s.  The rain should fade by evening with the clouds beginning to break too.

FRIDAY
We begin to clear through the day as more refreshing air makes its way toward us.  Expect highs in the lower 80s will a drop in humidity.

WEEKEND
A wave of energy slides through over the weekend, bringing some clouds and showers.  Saturday, clouds increase with highs near 80°.  As the wave moves in later, showers arrive later in the day, lasting overnight and into Sunday.  It’s mostly cloudy for Sunday with a chance for showers along with highs in the middle 70s.

NEXT WEEK
No heat wave in sight this time.  Highs are near to just above average, in the upper 70s and lower 80s.  Humidity looks to hold in check as well.  Enjoy!

Have a wondrous Wednesday!
