LANCASTER Pa. –  The victim in the September 9th shooting behind an apartment complex in the 200 block of East Fulton Street, Lancaster died over the weekend.  Police responded to the shooting at about 11:44 pm last Wednesday and discovered a 21-year-old male with a gunshot wound lying in a parking lot to the rear (north side) of the apartment complex where he lived.
