SOUTH LEBANON TWP, Pa. — Police have identified the man who was killed in a head on collision in South Lebanon Township Tuesday.
Police say 68-year-old William R. Russel was driving his pickup truck along Route 897 when he veered into the path of an oncoming vehicle as he attempted to cross the northbound lane onto Iona Road.
Police say Wendy Peck, 56, was driving her vehicle north when her car collided with Russell’s truck around 7:38am.
Peck was flown to Hershey Medical Center for treatment, Russel died from his injuries at Good Samaritan Hospital police said.
