Police seek whereabouts of missing Adams County man

TYRONE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — State police in Adams County are seeking the whereabouts of an elderly man who hasn’t been seen or heard from since Tuesday night.

Troopers at the Gettysburg barracks said 90-year-old Emory Heller hasn’t been seen since 9 p.m. Tuesday when he left his home in the 700 block of Schoolhouse Road in Tyrone Township.

Police said he was driving his green 2001 Subaru Forester with Pennsylvania registration DDJ-3464.

Heller is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and was last seen wearing a green shirt and tan pants, police said.
