Celebrate National Bourbon Month with these bourbon inspired drinks

It's National Bourbon Month, and there are plenty of ways to give an old favorite a new twist. To celebrate, Brian Phillips from Fine Wine and Good Spirits, joined us on the set of Fox43 Morning News. Here's a list of the bourbon inspired drinks we mixed up!

• Woodford Manhattan
2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
1 oz Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 maraschino cherry
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice; stir vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and drop in a maraschino cherry.

• Bourbon Cocktail
2 oz bourbon
1 large egg white
¾ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add bourbon, egg white, lemon juice, and rich simple syrup and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds. Pour into a cocktail glass, top with bitters, and serve.

• Bourbon Peach Sweet Tea
2 oz bourbon
2 oz peach preserves
1 oz fresh lemon juice
Dash of Aperol
Sweet tea, to top
Sprig of thyme, to garnish
Lemon round, to garnish
Mix the bourbon, peach preserves, Aperol, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into a tall glass Top with a generous amount of sweet tea and garnish with fresh thyme and a lemon round.
