CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – Police Cumberland County charge two Camp Hill men in a home burglary.  West Shore Regional Police responded on Wednesday afternoon to the home in the 400 block of Herman Avenue in Lemoyne Borough.

Through an investigation, police learned that Jerome Curtis Marshall, 27,  of the 200 Block of Conodoguinet Avenue, and Benjamin Fortney, 25, of the 1700 block of Chatham Road, both of Camp Hill were responsible for the theft. Officers were able to recover all the stolen property and returned it to the victim. Both men were also found to be in possession of suspected Heroin and also paraphernalia items necessary to consume it.

Charges against both suspects include Theft by Unlawful Taking, Possession of Controlled Substance(Heroin), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
