LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – Two Lancaster men are behind bars on retail theft charges. East Lampeter Township Police arrested Nathan Joel Towber, 22, of Manheim Township, and Eric Stephen Canale, 20, of Quarryville for retail at Target, 2385 Covered Bridge Drive on Thursday.
Police the two men removed electronic items, valued at $424.97, from packaging and concealed the items on their person before walking out of the store.
Towber is charged with Felony Retail Theft, Criminal Conspiracy and Possession of Instruments of Crime. Canale is charged with Misdemeanor Retail Theft and Criminal Conspiracy. Both men are being held at Lancaster County Prison. Towber on a bench warrant, and Canale for a parole and probation violation.
